Refund policy

Returns

All sale items, tee shirts, sweatshirts, special orders, swimwear, gift cards, personalized items and made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE. Anything purchased with a discount code (including 10% off first order code for subscribing to our mailing list) is also FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed on the items listed above as they are made to order and are FINAL SALE.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of items not listed above, notify us at hello@hellenicaesthetic.com before shipping your item(s) back to us.

Items not listed above are available for a refund to your original form of payment within 14 days of delivery. 

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Return shipping cost is not covered by Hellenic Aesthetic.

A refund will be issued provided that the item(s) have not been damaged, worn, or altered. If an item had one or more tags, any and all tags must be attached.

Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any branded pouches or boxes. 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  

Please allow up to one week from the products arrival back to us for funds to be released (minus original shipping and return shipping charges) to your original payment method.

If we do not receive your return package as described above we reserve the right to refuse your return. Hellenic Aesthetic is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in the mail.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder. Please follow the steps listed under returns and then reorder website to purchase items under a new transaction.

 

Damaged Products

Damaged or defective items should be reported to us (at hello@hellenicaesthetic.com) within 10 business days of receipt of the item. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A store credit will be issued to you or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

 

Canceling an Order

Please contact us at hello@hellenicaesthetic.com to cancel an order, unless it includes tee shirts, sweatshirts, special orders, gift cards, personalized items and made-to-order jewelry. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under Returns.

Gift cards are nonrefundable.
