Shipping Information
USA: We ship to all 50 states via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail Shipping (1-5 days), UPS Ground or FedEx 2Day
We ship worldwide using USPS Priority Mail or FedEx International Economy, depending on your location.
Most orders are dispatched 5-7 business days after they have been received, unless they are made to order like our Nameplate Necklaces and Map Necklaces, and other 14k gold jewelry items.
Our apparel (like our tees and sweatshirts) take 4-8 days to dispatch and ship separately if purchased with other items.
Please note that if you purchase a made to order item, like a nameplate necklace, with any in stock item(s), they will be sent together in the same box when the custom jewelry is ready. If you would the in stock item(s) sooner, please place two separate orders.
Hellenic Aesthetic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
IMPORT DUTY:
If you are outside the USA, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; HellenicAesthetic.com has no control over these charges. If you refuse a shipment from HellenicAesthetic.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any import fees or taxes that are incurred on the package. This amount will be deducted from your store credit. Hellenic Aesthetic is not responsible for any international import duties.
Returns
All sale items, tee shirts, sweatshirts, iPhone cases, special orders, swimwear, gift cards, personalized items and made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE. Anything purchased with a discount code (including 10% off first order code for subscribing to our mailing list) is also FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed on the items listed above as they are made to order and are FINAL SALE.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of items not listed above, notify us at hello@hellenicaesthetic.com before shipping your item(s) back to us.
Items not listed above are available for a refund to your original form of payment within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Return shipping cost is not covered by Hellenic Aesthetic.
A refund will be issued provided that the item(s) have not been damaged, worn, or altered. If an item had one or more tags, any and all tags must be attached.
Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any branded pouches or boxes.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to one week from the products arrival back to us for funds to be released (minus original shipping and return shipping charges) via store credit.
If we do not receive your return package as described above we reserve the right to refuse your return. Hellenic Aesthetic is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in the mail.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder. Please follow the steps listed under returns and then reorder website to purchase items under a new transaction.
Damaged Products
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us (at hello@hellenicaesthetic.com) within 10 business days of receipt of the item. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A store credit will be issued to you or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
Canceling an Order
Please contact us at hello@hellenicaesthetic.com to cancel an order, unless it includes tee shirts, sweatshirts, iPhone cases, special orders, gift cards, personalized items and made-to-order jewelry. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under Returns.
Gift cards are nonrefundable.
